Great Company
Davin came out and did an inspection on my roof. There was storm damage done and had a leak in my garage. Davin is a great guy, he even dealt with my insurance company because I had no clue as to what I was doing. He got my roof approved, gutters, got someone out to fix the drywall in my garage and even a new air conditioner. He dealt with my insurance company the whole way through, I didn't have to do anything. They came out and in one day tore off the old roof and put on the new one, the team was great. I would highly recommend Davin and his company to do further projects to my house. I can't say enough about Davin, such an awesome guy and guided me through everything from start to finish. Great guy and great company to work with!!!
Great start...great finish
I found TTLC on my Wells Fargo app and after reading the reviews I reached out. They sent Louie P over to discuss services and provide an estimate. I can't say how it compared to others I didn't shop around because of Louie and his knowledge and personality. He was always available to assist and answer any and all questions that I had. The crew came out and finished in one day. Very professional. Looking forward to getting my siding done in the spring. Thanks Louie P and TTLC Team
Fantastic Roofing Job
TTLC did a fantastic job of reroofing my home as a result of storm damage. Davin's professionism was beyond compare. Everything in his work plan was articulated to me and executed to the letter. Great service and timely completion of work
Davin did a great job working with my insurance . He provided top quality Owens Corning shingles and even was able to get the gutters replaced. They did a excellent efficient job and left the site very clean. I would recommend Davin and TTLC to anyone seeking roof and gutter repair. They are excellent!

From beginning to end our project manager Todd Wambsganss was easy to work with. He is knowledgeable about local building codes and insurance processes. He streamline lined the project and completed it in a timely manner. Our roof looks beautiful. We appreciate the attention to small details like the color matched drip edge. Great job!!
Successful roof replacement
Tough fought battel with my insurance company with great results. I met Jaden Gutierrez while working on a neighbor’s roof. Learning that we had roof damage in the area, I asked him to take a look at mine. I have a steep 2 story home that I didn’t feel comfortable climbing on. Jaden discover a few shingles that were damaged. We contacted our insurance company and were told that it didn’t need to be replaced but they wanted to just patch the few shingles and be done with. Jaden went to bat for us and worked the insurance company hard and convinced them to replace the entire roof. He worked it from replacing a few shingles then only doing the front half of the roof, to a full replacement. Jaden did an excellent job representing. Once we got the green light, his crew came in and removed and replace the entire roof in a day including clean up and disposal. They had to return for some minor detail work. Jason the operation man visited the project and maintained an open line of communication for great results.

From start to finish the TTLC crew was honest, which ultimately is what I was looking for in a contractor. They worked with me throughout the entire process from start to finish to replace my roof, and took the time to go over the different roofing options on the market. My roof looks amazing, and would certainly recommend working with TTLC (and Jordan) again.
