I called TTLC after our town was hit by a hail storm. My neighbors told me that Jaden had been really helpful with getting their roofs approved and that i should ask for him. Jaden showed up the same day that i called him and explained the entire process to me very well. He was quick with his inspection and helped my file my claim. I highly recommend TTLC to anyone who is concerned with their roof. I highly recommend using Jaden too. He is a hard worker.

My wife and I saw a stain in our ceiling and then quickly went to Home Advisor to get help. Someone from TTLC called me immediately and Terry came in within two hours to inspect our roof and did a thorough inspection which took more than an hour. There was a wind damage on our roof and soon Terry helped us figure out our insurance plan and TTLC helped through the process. He is very knowledgeable and always entertain our question via phone or text. It took only few days from filing the insurance to getting a new roof. They were very professional and took care of very small details such as covering our outdoor furniture with a tarp, making sure that our plants were not harmed, taking down all shingles and plastics from our trees, and of course finding almost all nails with their magnetic devices. Terry came a day after to inspect the roof and I am very happy with the end result. We have contracted them for siding as well. I definitely recommend TTLC.

Jaden helped get our roof fully approved even after insurance denied our claim initially! He is professional, responsive and made the entire process extremely easy on my end. I highly recommend using TTLC and Jaden!

Very professional. Louie surveyed what I needed done, what the roofers would do, I have an unattached garage, also.. I had to have sky lights replaced. We agreed on a price that. I thought reasonable and started within a week. About halfway into the job foreman Jason came to make sure the roofers were on track. All was well and the job was finished the same day. Louie came by the next day and checked one more time and asked if they did a good job. I am very satisfied. The cleanup was great. NOTHING left. I live in Remington Woods in Channahon. I highly recommend this company.

We had our roof done with the help of Jordan. He was knowledgeable, personable and an all around great guy. He went above and beyond for us. Insurance was completely taken care of by TTLC, I only had 2 phone calls from my insurance company. The work was done fast and well. All was done in one day, with some clean up the next. They went over my whole yard with a magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up. They covered my bushes and my pool, which was appreciated. I’ve already recommended them to friends, I have a pretty big network and will continue to do so.

Project manager Jordan Rhodes was very friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance claim process from start to finish. He took care of everything with my claim ver quickly.Roofing installers will strip and replace most roofs in a day.My new roof looks great !I recommend using this company !Thanks TTLC !

Our experience with the company was great from the start. We were greeted by a very professional young man named Jayden Gutierrez. He explained everything everything and was very patient with all our questions. The work was done in one day and the clean up looks as if no one was here. We are very happy with our installation and will definitely refer this company to family and friends.
