Excellent Service, Flexible & Highly Professional
Excellent overall experience and great service. Everything on time and high quality of workmanship. Louie was the contact and he was in the project from roof inspection to product delivery to installation. All workers were trained well and worked on property great manners and protected house surrounding from debris and cleaned up after the work. Louie was very e polite and understanding and flexible. Always approachable via text even late hours and responded within minutes. Louie suggested top quaiity product even without asking. I like Oewing DURATION shingles with 50 years gaurentee and thats what he suggested to begin with. All in all i would definitely recommend anyone to this company and ask for Louie as contact. I even had my neighbor referred to him and they are working with him currently.

Thank you TTLC for an amazing experience. Louie was recommended to us from a family member after there roof had gotten replaced from storm damage. I’ve had missing shingles on my home for years and never had my roof inspected. After Louie inspected it, he advised us to file a claim. Within 2 weeks our roof got replaced & by only the cost of our deductible. Louie was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We had a storm damaged roof and siding and Ttlc did an awesome job of walking us through the process making it very hands free for us. Communication was top notch as well. The installation team was prompt, efficient and cleaned up at the end of the day. I appreciated that Louie was on site, inspecting the work as they progressed and spent some time with me answering any questions i had. The entire process of getting a new Roof including gutters/downspouts was painless and flawless. This is primarily due to TTLCs project manager, Louie Petrov. Initially, Louie met with me, inspected my roof, and then explained to me in detail the condition/damage of the roof and whether to file an insurance claim (which I did). In addition, he explained best shingle/vent/gutter alternatives, associated guarantees, etc. I was truly impressed by not only his knowledge of everything Roofing but more so his understanding the intricacies of the Roofing Insurance Claim process. Louie managed the entire process with the insurance company (ie appraisers, adjusters) always keeping me well informed. Any questions/requests were always promptly returned. Ultimately, a beautiful new roof (gutters/downspouts)! The TTLC roofer/gutter professionals who did the work - tear down and replacement, were skilled in their craft, timely and courteous. NEW ROOF !
Very professional. Louie surveyed what I needed done, what the roofers would do, I have an unattached garage, also.. I had to have sky lights replaced. We agreed on a price that. I thought reasonable and started within a week. About halfway into the job foreman Jason came to make sure the roofers were on track. All was well and the job was finished the same day. Louie came by the next day and checked one more time and asked if they did a good job. I am very satisfied. The cleanup was great. NOTHING left. I live in Remington Woods in Channahon. I highly recommend this company.
