We started a storm damage claim with another company. After months of no answers or progress we were referred to TTLC. Wow, what a difference. They were able to give us advice on how to navigate through the process of cancelling the service of the prior company, which was not an easy task. Todd was able to come by the same day I called and answered any questions we had and had an estimate the next working day. He guided us through the process and we had new siding installed within a week of the estimate. Customer service and quality of the siding installation lived up to their name, top tier.

Hail damage roof
Alex is excellent to work with answered all my questions and concerns about insurance payments and how it works . I had hail damage to roof Alex and his team handled all the insurance headaches and had the roof scheduled within a week and roof torn off and put on in 1 day . We are still working at the supplemental damage to soffits and fascia from insurance company but I have no doubt this will be taken care of.
Excellent Service
I recently had new siding and gutters installed on my home and have never had a project run so smoothly. Louie was everything I could ask for in a project manager, never too busy to answer questions and explaining the process as it went along. He is a real professional in every way. As for TTLC , their men worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the project in 2 days. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.
Siding job
I cannot say enough about TTLC from the time I contacted them about a siding job I needed to have done to the completion of the job what a great company to have worked with. My team lead was Louie P and the honesty and care that he showed when he first arrived for my quote continued throughout the entire project. Louie kept me and my husband informed the entire step of the way he texted us to see how things were going and answered any questions we had immediately after we asked never had to wait hours or days for a response and on the day they installed my siding Louie came by to check on things The crew who did our work were amazing as well they made sure that everything was precise and perfect. It really was a great experience from beginning to end working with TTLC
